Note to self:
1) 4 more kg of fats to lose to reach 66kg.
2) 2 more inch of fats to lose on tummy to reach 28 inch waist.
3) Need increase intensity of threadmill to 12km/h each round this month.
4) Train your calves. Love leg days.
5) Needs to resume running every night.
6) Get your confidence back in doing front splits.
7) Get imba front splits.
8) Balance 20 seconds minimum each time doing handstands.

I'm officially a fan of DBSK. Serious. J-Pop ftw.
And I clarify that I don't like SNSD, but only like TaeYeon.
And seriously I think i had a paradigm shift.
I used to sneer at the hoi polloi who like 'popular' stuffs, because I listen to some esoteric metal and classical genres of music.
Alright, maybe I'm trying hard to be 'normal'. :/
But DBSK is really good. I wanna re-learn dance again after promos, this time into popping.
Ah and it'll put the kind-expensive-speaker I bought to practise dance 2 years ago into good use again.
But I'm still an A7X fan, now when's their new album coming?

Sometimes I think my existence itself is a paradox.
Life is an enigma, which I have given up on trying to fathom after countless futile attempts.

Why do conflicts always have to exist?

How many people in this world are truly altruistic in their actions?
I dare say none (okay but Jesus duh).
A moment ago I was thinking, while reading about all kinds of event happening around the world, that perhaps only Armageddon could wipe out the sin in this world and establish a new world order.
Ideal, isn't it?
And then another thought immediately struck me.
Naïveté.
Isn't this the same kind of thought that made extremists/terrorists become who they are now?
Self-righteous.
Are you playing God? Why are you passing judgment on others?
Arrogance.
But why can't I insist on my own ideas?
